Your views on our equality objectives

The eight NHS clinical commissioning groups in North West London are committed to working with our local populations on producing our equality objectives. ‘Equality objectives’ are the goals we set to ensure that we are working in an inclusive way to meet the diverse needs of our local residents.

Equality objectives should be specific goals that we can measure, which reflect your needs. Under the Public Sector Equality Duty (PSED) of the Equality Act 2010, we are required to prepare and publish specific and measurable equality objectives every four years.

You can find out more about the Public Sector Equality Duty on NHS Employers’ website: http://www.nhsemployers.org/your-workforce/plan/building-a-diverse-workforce/need-to-know/the-equality-act/public-sector-equality-duty

This survey is one way in which we are gathering people’s views to inform our new equality objectives. We would be really grateful if you could spare about 15 minutes to complete it. Your answers will make a big difference by helping to shape our equality objectives over the next four years.
