If you struggle for ideas on how to cook healthy food, Change4life have devised an app that is available for most smart phones and tablets.  

Get active

As well as eating well, the best way to get healthy and stay healthy is to be more active. Simple little changes such as getting off the bus two stops earlier and walking home or dancing instead of watching telly are great ways to improve your physical health.
